30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet these conditions:
The item is unused
The item is unopened
The item is still in its original packaging
You have your order number or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Getting a refund is easy. Just follow these steps:
Email Us: Send a message to support@lansinohsale.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Get Approval: We will respond within 24 hours with a return authorization and the address to send your item back.
Ship It Back: Pack the item carefully and mail it to the address we provide.
Please note: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
Hygiene Items We Cannot Accept
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items once they are opened. These include:
Breast pumps that have been used
Nipple creams or ointments
Breast milk storage bags if the package has been opened
Clearance or final sale items
If these items are unopened and in their original packaging, they may still be returned within the 30-day window.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If everything checks out, we will send you an email to let you know your refund has been approved.
Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method credit card, PayPal, etc..
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. The timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
Note: Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take quality seriously. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we are very sorry. Please contact us right away so we can fix the problem.
Email us at support@lansinohsale.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:
Your order number
A clear photo of the damage or defect
A short description of the issue
We will send you a replacement immediately or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item by mistake, please email us at support@lansinohsale.com. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.
