Postpartum Pads: Open wrapper. Remove the backing tape. Place the pad inside your underwear with the wider end positioned towards the back. Remove the release paper from the wings. Fold the wings around your underwear to secure them. Change postpartum pad every 4 to 6 hours, or more frequently as needed. Precautions: Use only as directed. Single use only. Seek immediate medical attention if you experience excessive bleeding, a drop in blood pressure, dizziness, blurred vision, and/or feeling faint, as these may be signs of an urgent medical condition. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a physician. After use, do not wash, reuse or share pad. Keep wrapper and packaging away from baby and dispose properly. For external use only. Postpartum Underwear: For use immediately after birth and through the first 6 weeks of postpartum recovery. Designed for comfort and to help hold the layers of postpartum bleeding protection and relief in place. Place postpartum pad in postpartum underwear for postpartum bleeding protection. Add Lansinoh Postpartum Padsicles (sold separately) for extra relief. Remove postpartum pad and any relief products before washing. Wash on cool up to 3 times. Line dry. 

Waterproof Bed Mats: Place mat under bed sheet to protect mattress from postpartum bleeding and incontinence. Also use during pregnancy: Place mat under bed sheet to protect your mattress from your water breaking and pregnancy stress incontinence. Mat can also be used under a driver or passenger vehicle seat during pregnancy. Do not use in or under an infant car seat. Single use. Do not flush.
