The Silicone Breast Pump was designed with the breastfeeding mom and baby in mind. The collector is specially designed to catch extra breastmilk produced by a mother’s opposite breast when she is breastfeeding.

What is the best way to clean the Silicone Breast Pump?
The Silicone Breast Pump should be sanitized before its first use. Place the Silicone Breast Pump in boiling water for 5 minutes, remove it, allow it to cool, then air dry.  Always wash all components immediately after use, in either hot soapy water or by dishwasher on the top rack only. Make sure all components have been rinsed with clean water and allowed to air dry prior to next use. The Silicone Breast Pump may also be cleaned in a microwave-safe, steam sanitizing bag.

How does the Silicone Breast Pump work? Do you need to squeeze the Silicone Breast Pump to get it to work?
The Silicone Breast Pump works by fitting securely to the breast and forming an airtight seal. Gently squeeze the center of the Silicone Breast Pump, place over the breast, and release to form the seal. This seal creates a gentle vacuum, collecting breastmilk that leaks from the opposite breast while feeding; no additional squeezing of the collector is required.  

Is the Silicone Breast Pump BPA and BPS free?
Yes, the Silicone Breast Pump is BPA and BPS free. 

What makes the Silicone Breast Pump different from other brands?
The Silicone Breast Pump is not a manual pump but specifically designed to catch extra breastmilk produced by a mother’s opposite breast when she is breastfeeding. Our collector comes with a built-in spout and suction base to prevent spills. The Silicone Breast Pump also has a unique neck strap that mom can wear while breastfeeding to prevent spills in case baby kicks the Silicone Breast Pump, or its accidentally nudged or knocked off.

Can the Silicone Breast Pump be used while pumping?
Yes, the Silicone Breast Pump is perfect to be used alongside a breast pump. 

Can the Silicone Breast Pump be used to store breastmilk?
No, the Silicone Breast Pump is not meant to be used for storage. Once the collector is full or you have stopped feeding, pour the collected breastmilk into a breastmilk storage bag or bottle.

Does the Silicone Breast Pump come in different sizes?
No, the Silicone Breast Pump's flange is designed to fit all breast shapes and sizes.

Could my baby pull the Silicone Breast Pump off while feeding?
The Silicone Breast Pump works by fitting securely to the breast, forming an airtight seal for easy hands-free use. If nursing via the cradle or cross-cradle feeding position, make sure there is enough room between the Silicone Breast Pump and the baby's feet. The neck strap that can be attached to the Silicone Breast Pump keeps the collector from dropping and spilling the breastmilk, if accidentally nudged by the baby.  

Does the Silicone Breast Pump come with a lid? What is the lid used for?
Yes, the included lid is designed to prevent dust and debris from entering the Silicone Breast Pump when it’s not in use; and may also be used as a base for the collector. Please note that the lid is not meant to cap the collector to store the milk; please pour the collected breastmilk into a breastmilk storage bag or bottle.
